3-Hour Class

This class is a 3 part class. 

We cover all the stages and phases of labor. From late pregnancy changes, early labor, the labor process, breathing techniques, the importance that hormone's play, massage, comfort measure, position changes, partner support, as well as postpartum and baby care. We also practice different position changes and role play.

2-Hour Class
Did you know that no matter what you eat, the nutritional quality of your breastmilk stays the same, but if you're not eating nutritional foods, then your body will tap into your own stores to make up for the discrepancy? That can leave you feeling low energy and depleted, hardly how you want to feel with a new little one to take care of. This is your time to become familiar or reacquainted with breastfeeding.

2-Hour Class

You will learn simple but effective strategies to work with your body as you begin labor. There are different kinds of comfort techniques, suggestions for the different stages of labor and help you feel more prepared for your labor experience. 

2-Hour Class

Together we will review diapering, swaddling, newborn hunger cues, soothing techniques, bathing and more. Know that you were created for this and this foundation will help you feel more confident!

4-Hour Class

You were created to birth. Society has lied to us when they show a woman giving birth on television. Together we've had 4 natural births, without epidurals. We will show you the techniques that will help you to relax during your labor, welcome the contractions, and enjoy this beautiful moment in your life. 

1-Hour Class

We will teach you all the Scriptures and songs that helped us to lean on Jesus during active labor. Our birth experience was beautiful, intimate, and special because we invited the presence of Jesus Christ to be with us during our births.
